Surface disinfection DAX 75+ ethanol (1000ml with surfactant)
Surface Disinfection 75+ from DAX A fast-acting disinfectant that has documented effectiveness against bacteria, fungi and encapsulated viruses such as HIV, Hepatitis B and C. The disinfectant also has documented effectiveness against some naked viruses such as Adenovirus, Rotavirus and Murine Norovirus. The ready-to-use solution is intended for disinfection of smooth surfaces such as benches, examination tables and tables. The disinfectant is recommended for professional use in health, medical and dental care, child welfare or veterinary clinics.
The bottle contains 1000 milliliters of clear liquid with ethanol as the main active ingredient. 75 percent alcohol by volume. DAX Surface Disinfection 75+ has an effective working time and dries quickly without leaving traces on the treated area.
DAX Surface Disinfection 75+ can be used directly on lightly soiled areas without any pre-treatment as the addition of surfactant has a cleaning effect. No post-treatment is necessary. When cleaning surfaces with blood spills, DAX Surface Disinfection Plus or DAX Surface Disinfection Extra is recommended instead.
Soak a cloth liberally with undiluted solution or spray directly onto the desired surface. Treat the surface repeatedly, it is important that it is moist throughout the entire contact time (see product sheet for contact times). Leave the surface slightly damp and allow to air dry. On particularly sensitive surfaces it is advisable to first test the disinfectant solution on a hidden area.
For frequent or prolonged use of surface disinfection, the use of gloves is recommended to protect hands from dehydration. Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
