Are all prices inclusive of VAT?
The prices you see here in the shop are exclusive of VAT. At the checkout you will see all prices including VAT.
What are your opening hours?
The office and shop are open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
I have changed org. number how do I change it?
The easiest way is if you send your new information to faktura@astomed.se
How long will it take before I receive my order?
You usually receive your order within 1-3 working days.
Can I get a discount?
We have a quantity discount on many of our fillers and price-matched products from other Swedish companies. We also have weekly campaigns with good offers. Please follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter so you don't miss it!
My discount code is not working, what should I do?
Some discount codes can only be used once, are you sure you haven't already used the code? Also double check that you spelled the code correctly. If it still doesn't work, send an email to kontakt@astomed.se or call 08-410 77 900
What shipping options do you have and how much does it cost?
At the checkout, you can choose an agent or direct delivery (if you choose direct delivery, you must be present and able to receive your order between 7am and 5pm). Both delivery options cost SEK 120. Free shipping is available with a purchase over SEK 5,000 ex. VAT You can also choose to pick up your order in our shop in Kungens kurva, it's of course free!
