Purchase information
astomed.no sells products, devices and accessories to beauty clinics and skin care salons, among others. We are a B2B online store, which means that we only sell to registered companies.

Companies can easily create an account here. Once you have submitted your registration, we will review your account and activate it within a few hours (valid weekdays 9-16). If you would like your account to be reviewed more quickly, please contact us via email kundeservice@astomed.no or phone 22 53 50 08.

Prices
All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT (25% VAT is added to the order at checkout).

Stock status
We have most of the items in stock, but reserve the right to cancel any remaining products that are not updated on astomed.no. We cannot give an exact date for when remaining products will be back in stock as it depends on manufacturers and carriers. Contact us for more information.

Deliveries
When ordering before 11:00, the item will be shipped the same day or the next day. If the delivery time deviates, we will notify you. If there have been delays in your delivery without us notifying you of a longer delivery time, you should contact us directly via email kundeservice@astomed.no or phone 22 53 50 08 and we will help you.

We ship all our packages with Posten Bedriftspakke, UPS and DB Schenker. The following delivery methods and prices apply when you shop at Astomed:

Your items will be shipped directly to your business. Please note that you must be present to confirm your delivery between 7am and 5pm. You will receive an SMS/email with information when your package is on its way.
We offer free shipping on orders over NOK 6,000,- excluding VAT. For orders under this amount, your order will be charged with shipping automatically when you complete your order. This is good for deliveries within Norway. Shipping for heavy and bulky products and deliveries abroad costs NOK 500,-. We will notify you by phone or email if the shipping cost for your order changes.

Uncollected packages will be charged for shipping and labor costs of NOK 500.

Transport damage
If your goods have been damaged during transport, please contact us at kundeservice@astomed.no.

If you see that your package is damaged when you pick up/receive the item, report it on the spot. NOTE! Never sign for and receive the item if you suspect that the contents have been damaged during transport.

Payment terms / Invoice 5 days
An invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you haven't received it.

Right of withdrawal and return
We do not offer open purchases, returns or exchanges of any of our products.

Product information
We reserve the right to make corrections on astomed.no and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as there may be some color difference depending on the screen, image quality and resolution.

Force majeure
We take no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes in products/product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. The company is also never responsible for any direct or indirect damage/loss that may occur to the customer.
