An unscented hand sanitizer in gel form. The disinfection gel is effective against bacteria, many different types of viruses such as cold viruses. Hand disinfection prevents the spread of infection in the home during periods of flu, colds, winter croup or during travel when there is no access to soap and water. Can be used in healthcare, dentistry, elderly care and the food sector as well.
DAX Alcogel is based on ethanol with an alcohol content of 85% by volume. The disinfection gel contains glycerin which moisturizes the skin. The hand disinfectant is quickly absorbed by the skin, does not stick and is suitable for frequent use. Tested and approved according to the European standard for hand disinfection (EN1500). DAX products are well-proven and market-leading in hand disinfection and have been used in Swedish healthcare for over 30 years.
A routine use of hand disinfection is important to reduce the spread of infection both within and outside healthcare. Before use, hands should be washed clean of visible dirt. Then carefully massage plenty of disinfectant onto dry hands for 30 seconds until the skin is dry. The skin must be moist during the entire disinfection phase. Then let it air dry. Dosage 3 milliliters/time
DAX Alcogel comes in a dispensopac bottle containing 1000 milliliters of alcogel. The bottle is mounted on the wall in a manual wall dispenser which facilitates use and makes it more hygienic.
