Dermoaroma DPG® PRP – 10ml with separation gel & anticoagulant - 6 tubes
DPG PRP® is a further development of PRP that involves platelet-rich plasma and platelet concentrate with extremely low levels of red and white blood cells, prepared from the patient's own blood.
Total 6 tubes in the package
The platelets are enriched with a concentration of 2 compared to competitor products which provide approximately 1.6 times.
A 10ml venous blood sample is centrifuged in a container containing a separation gel that creates a barrier against the red/white blood cells. The gel, which is in solid form, will change structure to liquid during centrifugation, so that it settles between the ''good'' substances (plasma, platelets, lymphocytes, monocytes and mesenchymal cells) and the ''bad'' substances (red blood cells, ergocytes and granulites) after centrifugation.
Red blood cells will be reduced by well over 98%. The white blood cells will be reduced by 96% and the little that remains are the anti-inflammatory white blood cells; lymphocytes and monocytes. This ensures that you have a finished DPG PRP ® with active platelets, which is the purest possible and with the lowest leukocyte level on the market. The platelets are platelet enriched with a concentration of 2 times and at least 80% of the platelets are preserved in the sample in addition to growth factors such as FGF, PDGF, TGF-ß, EGF, VEGF and IGF. The finished product will provide 5ml of fluid for injection.
Very easy to use
In addition to the separation gel, DPG PRP is added with an anticoagulant (ACD-A), so that you can prepare and inject the product at your own pace, without worrying about the liquid coagulating. The anticoagulant gives you 1-2 hours before the coagulation process begins. The combination of separation gel and anticoagulant ensures a stable product, where each injection is of the same quality. In addition, DPG is PRP® a closed product that cannot be contaminated from the outside. This provides extra safety for the patient.
